HOW MUCH DOES IT COST FOR ENTRY?
| Pricing ranges between $10 and $29.95, and access for age groups ranges from 0-100 years. For a detailed breakdown and more information, please visit our Pricing page. |
DOES CLIMBING INCLUDE PLAYGROUND ENTRY?
| No. There is no re-entry allowed. However, we understand that things happen, and if you notify our staff, you may be able to exit the premises briefly as long as you return within 5 minutes. |
HOW LONG CAN I STAY FOR?
You are welcome to stay and play for as long as you wish during normal business hours.
DO YOU HAVE AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING?
| Yes, our playgrounds are equipped with the best cooling and heating systems that operate throughout the year. |
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO ORGANIZE A PARTY OR CELEBRATION?
We offer three different packages to suit your needs – Basic Pack, Super Pack, and Premium Pack.
Each package includes a variety of services and options for celebrating, so you can choose the one that fits your event best.
CAN I BOOK A PARTY OVER THE PHONE?
| There are four different ways you may book a party: in person, online, by email, or by calling us. You can make a reservation by providing a 50% deposit by cash or with a valid credit card payment (Visa or Master only). |
